This is an individual support process that allows you to take stock of your career, define your professional objectives and put in place an action plan to achieve them .
The skills assessment can be carried out at the initiative of the employee or at the request of the employer as part of a training plan. It can be carried out in person or remotely, and generally lasts between 20 and 30 hours.
The skills assessment takes place in several stages:
